What is a STD?
A sexually transmitted disease is an infectious condition that is passed from one person to another during sexual activity with skin to skin contact, where bodily fluids are exchanged during vaginal intercourse, also including anal and oral sex.
Did You Know? The FDA recommendations allow up to 4 defects per 1,000 condoms. Defect holes can be at least 50 times larger than the HIV virus. Would you buy a ticket to go bungee jumping from a company that admits their bungee chords will fail about 40% of the time?
Staggering Statistics about STD's

In the 60's, there were two STD's we knew of - Gonorrhea & Syphilis. Today there are approximately 30 that we know of.

75% of all sexually active people have at least one strain of HPV.

46% of girls contract HPV on their first sexual encounter.

96 to 98% of all cervical cancer is caused by HPV.

85% of people who have an STD will show no symptoms.

While the pregnancy rate has gone down, STD rates have increased in shocking numbers.

1 out of 5 Americans over the age of 12 tests positive for genital herpes.

At least 5 STD's cannot be cured - many others are growing resistant to antibiotics.

Every STD can be spread through all kinds of sex; vaginal, anal or oral.

Sex outside of marriage has shown to increase the depression rate in teenagers.
